Mold Release Emulsion

Emulsions made with low viscosity PDMS fluid & mineral oil. This group includes products that differ in terms of the viscosity of base fluid, ionic character of emulsifier and amount of silicone content. They impart release-ability and lubricity to a variety of substrates. This group also includes products with reduced content of volatile low molecular weight siloxane

  • It is made with silicone fluid contains mold release compositions. These solutions include base fluid differ in terms of viscosity. It use for demolding rubber molds. We have following silicone emulsions:

    • SOE-25
    • SOE-35
    • SOE-60

  • WAX EMULSION

WAX EMULSION is a stabilized solvent free refined carnauba wax emulsion in water. The main use of Carnauba wax is to get excellent shine on the product when applied/used. It is an emulsion of Carnauba Wax in water designed for surface application in combination with other additives or as a single additive to achieve excellent shine and protection to fruits and vegetables. Applying carnauba wax emulsion instead of carnauba wax is more advantageous because it is simple to apply, simple to transport by a pipeline, easy to store, no fire hazard and no heating expenses.
